Description

In accordance with the public posting requirements outlined in FAR 5.301(a)(2)(i) and FAR 8.405-6(a)(2), the Government is posting this award notice synopsis and redacted Justification and Approval to the Government Point of Entry SAM.Gov.

This requirement is to purchase Microsoft Azure cloud usage subscriptions for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J6 - Endpoint and Global Services - Endpoint and Customer Service Directorate (FE), Department of Defense Network (DoDNet) Program Management Office (FE11). This is a bridge action, and the period of performance is 90 days from date of award (December 12, 2025 through March 11, 2026).

This was a firm-fixed-price, sole source award to MINBURN TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(A), an urgent and compelling need exists, and following the ordering procedures would result in unacceptable delays. See redacted J&A attached.
