DoDEA Quantico and Dahlgren Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance IDIQ located at Quantico and Dahlgren, VA   3

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Norfolk District will be issuing a solicitation for a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE for Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Demand Maintenance (DM) for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) at Quantico and Dahlgren, VA. The proposed contract will consist of a six (6) month base period, four (4) one-year option periods, and one six (6) month option period.

Work Details
The scope of the contract shall include all requisite Preventive maintenance and Demand Maintenance and repair services up to the limit of liability for the “Maintenance Sections” indicated in Section J-1 of the contract with a “yes.” The Contractor’s limit of liability (LoL) for material and labor costs associated with any single demand maintenance event including repair or replacement of any single piece of equipment is $5,000. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, plant and equipment to execute the scope of services as indicated in approved Work Requests. The Contractor will procure all materials and equipment (except those specifically referred to as 'U.S. Government Furnished'). All work shall be accomplished in compliance with the terms of the latest applicable standards and provisions for maintenance and repair work, U.S. regulations, technical manuals, federal specifications, and specific DODEA criteria.

Period of Performance
The proposed contract will consist of a six (6) month base period, four (4) one-year option periods, and one six (6) month option period.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Quantico Marine Corps Base (MCB), Virginia, including facilities listed in Section J-1.
