Description

Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to procure student transportation services within the Sasebo Military Community through a single contract. The Contractor is required to provide all personnel, supervision, services, and equipment necessary to safely transport DoDEA students and other authorized individuals to and from their designated schools, alternate sites for classes, and authorized school activities. Services include Daily Commute, Curricular, Co-curricular, and Far East events. Services will be performed in accordance with the route sheets the Government provides.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform various bus driver services including Daily Commute, Special Needs Student Transportation Service (SPED), Driver Service Extended School Year, Driver Service - Curricular, Driver Service - Co-Curricular, Overnight Travel, and Parking as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services are to be provided on all routes of the contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract ranges from August 1st, 2022 to July 31st, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the Sasebo Military Community in Japan.
