DoDEA-Europe Daily Commute Student Transportation Services – Landstuhl, Germany   3

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to procure student transportation services within the Landstuhl Military Community through a single contract. The Contractor is required to provide all personnel, supervision, services, vehicles, and equipment necessary to safely transport DoDEA students and other authorized individuals to and from their designated schools, alternate sites for classes, and authorized school activities. Services include Daily Commute and Co-Curricular.

Amendment 1: Contains changes to the PWS. The previous PWS has been deleted from this announcement and the revision has been added.

Amendment 2: Updated attachment list in RFP, updates paragraph 3.4.4 in the PWS, updates Evaluation Factors: Factor 3: Price in the RFP 52.212-2, updates Attachment X3, and adds Attachment X11 Industry Day Slides and Attachment X12 Questions and Answers from the Industry Day held on 11 February 2022. The previous PWS and Attachment X3 have been deleted from this announcement.

Amendment 3: The purpose is to update Attachment 2, Attachment X7 and Attachment X12 and update FAR clause 52.212-1.

Amendment 4: Updates the Intent to Submit a Proposal submittal date in FAR clause 52.212-1, Addendum, paragraph (b), Intent to Submit Offer on page 24 of the RFP and updates Attachment X12.

Amendment 5: Updates Attachment X7 and Attachment X12.

Amendment 6: Updates Attachment X7 and extends the Solicitation Due Date to 21 March 2022 at 12:00 PM EDT.
