The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single or multiple, Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the BENELUX Student Transportation Services (Volkel and AF North), DoDEA-Europe West District. Services will be for a 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. Background
The solicitation is for DoDEA-Europe Daily Commute and Special Needs Student Transportation Service BENELUX, The Netherlands. The contractor is required to provide Daily Commute (DC) Student Transportation Services (STS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include transportation for students and other authorized individuals to and from their designated schools.

Work Details
The contract includes providing vehicles and drivers to transport up to 15, 30, and 55 passengers on route schedules. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide vehicles with wheelchair capability and drivers to transport up to 06 passengers on route schedules. The contractor shall also provide Safety Aide and Bus Monitor services as per the PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for various options ranges from August 2023 to July 2028.

Place of Performance
The performance location is specified as DODEA EUROPE WEST DSO, ATTN: SUPERINTENDENT/CHIEF OF STAFF, DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OFFICE, EUROPALAAN 20 1932 ZAVENTEM (ST-STEVENS-WOLUWE), with the FOB destination being the same as the performance location.
