DoDEA Custodial Services for Schools in South Korea   2

Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and managing prekindergarten through 12th grade educational programs on behalf of the Department of Defense (DOD). This contract aims to provide custodial services for all schools under DoDEA's administration in the Pacific West Region, specifically in Camp Humphreys, Osan Air Base, and Daegu, Korea.

The goal is to maintain a safe and healthy working environment while ensuring that facilities are clean and presentable.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for custodial services at all DoDEA schools in the Pacific West Region. Services will be performed according to two schedules: Schedule I for approximately 9 months while schools are in session and Schedule II for summer breaks, Spring break, winter season, and Federal Holidays when services are drastically reduced.

All work must comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices in Korea. The contractor is expected to maintain satisfactory facility conditions and ensure a clean and professional sanitation appearance across all DODEA buildings.

Place of Performance
The custodial services will be performed at various locations including Camp Humphreys, Osan Air Base, and USAG Daegu in South Korea.
