The United States Space Force (USSF) is seeking agile software development services to support the Space Launch Range mission. The purpose of this effort is to develop new software applications and modernize existing legacy software applications for the Eastern and Western Ranges. The contractor will be responsible for developing new features, providing continuous engineering and operational support services, and implementing new software solutions with enterprise-wide scalability. The government intends to establish at least two software product teams to accomplish this effort. The period of performance is three years, with each task order specifying its requirements. The contractor will be evaluated based on code quality, business satisfaction, test quality and coverage, product performance, process and continuous improvement, collaboration, and productivity.

The work will be performed at the contractor's facilities at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), and/or Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB). Technical interchange meetings/demonstrations may be conducted in person or via video/teleconference as required. The planned start date is in quarter 3 of calendar year 2023.

The contractor will be responsible for delivering deployed application code throughout the period of performance via sprints. They will develop new software applications using the latest technologies and assist in the modernization of existing legacy software applications. The contractor will also provide software engineering, testing, documentation support, configuration management, and software process improvement services. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing software licensing, developing training materials and user manuals, and providing continuous interaction and technical support to operational units and users.
