The SCNU (Secure Communications Network Upgrade) project involves upgrading the existing Building 29 Forum Alert III SCN (Secure Communications Network) at RAF Fairford in the United Kingdom. The purchase agency is the SCNU, and they are purchasing these upgrades to enhance the communication capabilities of the building.
