The Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA) Multi-Mission Unmanned Aerial System (MQ-25) Program is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to digitally thread all product life cycle processes needed for the design, development, testing, production, and support of the MQ-25 Stingray aircraft. The PLM system will be used by the PMA-268 Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team and will integrate with the Enterprise Navy PLM System. The scope of work includes the development, integration, testing, and sustainment of the PLM system using an Agile methodology approach. The PLM system will have capabilities for program management, program document management, product data management, system integration management, application integration management, infrastructure management, and more. The PLM system will be located in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Government Cloud IL5 environment and will have monthly and quarterly cybersecurity requirements.
