DOD - Homeland Air Defense (HADS) - MRAS

The Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Mission Systems Branch is seeking support for Homeland Air Defense Systems. The purpose of this task order is to provide managerial, technical, and life cycle management support for HQ ACC's Homeland Air Defense Command and Control (C2) systems and radar/sensor systems. The work includes evaluating issues associated with battle management data, reviewing testing documentation for hardware/software upgrades, participating in validation/verification reviews, coordinating maintenance training improvement opportunities, and providing technical advice on information assurance and cyber security. The timeframe of the acquisition is from January 2024 to December 2029, with options for extension. The place of performance is Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.

The task order also includes support for the Atmospheric Early Warning Systems (AEWS) radars. This involves providing technical expertise, logistics, and life cycle management support for AEWS radars, including training, maintenance concepts, and technical orders. The Contractor will be required to provide deliverables such as an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Mitigation Plan, monthly status reports, trip reports, technical reports and meeting notes, and a transition plan. Travel may be required for meetings and conferences related to the tasks. Security clearances are required for all personnel performing on this task order.
