DOD - DODIN Support - MRAS

The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking support for its Department of Defense Information Networks (DoDIN) operations. The purchase agency for this opportunity is the 747th Communications Squadron (CYS). The DoDIN is critical for the mission and business systems of the DoD, including Core Services and Non-classified Internet Protocol Network (NIPRNet)/Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet). The work to be acquired includes providing cyber transport and operations support, cyber network vulnerability and change management support, cyber network systems equipment management support, and cyber transport operations support. The timeframe of the acquisition is from September 30, 2023, to September 29, 2024, with four one-year option periods. The place of performance is primarily at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) in Hawaii, but travel within the Pacific area may be required.

The objective of this acquisition is to maintain and modernize the DoDIN operations at JBPHH. This includes providing support for cyber transport and operations, network vulnerability and change management, equipment management, and transport operations. The contractor will need to have expertise in routing protocols, network management, element management tools, and first-level computer support. They will also need experience in deploying virtual environments and converged/hybrid storage and compute solutions. The contractor will be responsible for tasks such as troubleshooting, software installation and maintenance, vulnerability scanning, asset management, and database management.

The performance requirements for this acquisition include meeting acceptable quality levels for each task area. The contractor must provide accurate and timely deliverables with a minimum acceptable accuracy rate of 90%. The contractor will also need to comply with all security requirements, including facility security clearances and personnel security clearances. Access to classified information will be required for certain tasks, so personnel must have the appropriate security clearances.
