DOD - CNRSE Navy IT Support Services - Market Research

The Commander Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) is seeking Information Technology Support Services to support its Information Technology Program. The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the IT support services. The period of performance for this contract is a twelve-month base period, with four one-year option periods and a six-month extension if necessary. The work will be performed at various Navy Region Southeast installations located in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, and Cuba. The Contractor will be responsible for managing its employees and ensuring compliance with quality control and assurance requirements. Security clearances and certifications are required for personnel working on this contract.

The objective of this contract is to provide qualified personnel with expertise in Information Technology support to enhance the operational effectiveness of the CNRSE Information Technology Program. The Contractor will work in conjunction with other contract personnel as well as Government civilian and military personnel. The scope of work includes current and future systems support, management of the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet/Next Generation (NMCI/NGEN), cybersecurity, rapid communications, and enterprise land mobile radio program oversight. The Contractor will be responsible for delivering all services listed in the Performance Work Statement at all Navy Region Southeast installations.

The Government has established quality control and assurance requirements for this contract. The Contractor must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Government will evaluate the Contractor's performance through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Program. The Contractor must also comply with security requirements, including obtaining appropriate clearances for personnel and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity mandates.
