DOD - CNRSE Navy IT Support Services - Market Research

The Commander Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) is seeking Information Technology Support Services to enhance the operational effectiveness of their IT Program. The Contractor will provide personnel, equipment, supplies, and other non-personal services necessary to perform IT support services. The contract will have a base period of 12 months, with four one-year option periods and a six-month extension if necessary. The place of performance will be within the Southeast Region area of responsibility, including 17 installations located in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, and Cuba. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring all employees have the appropriate security clearances and certifications required for their positions.

The Contractor will be responsible for managing its employees and ensuring compliance with quality control and assurance requirements. The Government will evaluate the Contractor's performance through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Program (QASP) and may conduct surveillance observations to assess performance. The Contractor will also be responsible for maintaining an effective cybersecurity program and ensuring personnel comply with Department of Defense (DoD) 8570.1 and DoD 8570.01-M requirements.
