The Commander Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) is seeking Information Technology Support Services to support the Information Technology Program and ensure efficient use of base operating support resources. The contract will include a twelve-month base period, four one-year option periods, and a six-month extension if necessary. The work will be performed at various Navy Region Southeast installations in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, and Cuba. The Contractor will be responsible for providing qualified personnel with expertise in information technology support and experience in NMCI specific operations.

The Contractor will be accountable solely to the Government and will be responsible for managing its employees and ensuring compliance with the contract requirements. The Government will evaluate the Contractor's performance through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Program (QASP) and may review all products and services provided by the Contractor. The Contractor must also comply with security requirements, including obtaining appropriate security clearances for all personnel working on the contract.

The Government retains unlimited rights to all documents and materials produced under the contract, and all materials supplied to the Government become the sole property of the Government. The Contractor must also comply with safety requirements, conservation of utilities, recycling practices, and other regulations related to the performance of the contract. The Contractor is responsible for an orderly phase-in and phase-out of operations at the beginning and end of the contract.
