The Army is seeking a contractor to take over the reselling services and operations of the Army Cloud Service Provider (CSP) and continually enhance the Army Cloud Management Portal (ACMP). The contractor will be responsible for reselling Cloud Service Offerings (CSOs) from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). They will also handle account and service provisioning, billing management, and onboarding new CSPs. The contractor must automate processes and procedures to accelerate cloud migration and ensure compliance with security requirements. The contract has a base period of one year with four one-year options.

The performance requirements include reselling and provisioning CSOs, billing management services, operating and enhancing ACMP, and onboarding new CSPs. The contractor must maximize automation, ensure cybersecurity, provide a positive user experience, respond to CSP outages within one hour, and control service costs. They must also comply with quality management standards and maintain appropriate security clearances for personnel.

The period of performance is one year with four one-year options. The place of performance may be on Government premises or Contractor-provided facilities. Travel and other direct costs will be reimbursed as necessary.
