The USAF is seeking a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Reseller and Cloud Software Management Services (CSMS) provider. The CSP Reseller will be responsible for reselling and provisioning Cloud Service Offerings (CSOs) from multiple CSPs, managing billing, and onboarding new CSPs as needed. The CSMS provider will procure and manage software tools to support the USAF's Cloud One (C1) environment and application migration efforts. The period of performance for this contract is one year with four one-year options.

The work will primarily be performed at the Contractor's designated facilities, with program management liaisons working at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Contractor will be responsible for maximizing automation and self-service within the solution and proposing solutions that use open source or universally accessible commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software. Data storage, data rights, and data ownership requirements specify that all data must be physically maintained on equipment located within the United States.

Constraints include program management responsibilities, personnel management requirements, and the use of non-personal services. Key personnel include a Cloud and Software License Reseller Program Manager who will oversee relationships with CSPs and software vendors. Cybersecurity requirements include maintaining administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in accordance with DoD cybersecurity standards.

Overall, this opportunity presents a significant contract for a contractor to provide cloud service reselling and software management services to support the USAF's cloud migration efforts.
