DOD - Cloud One Next - Market Research

The USAF is seeking a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Reseller and Cloud Software Management Services (CSMS) provider. The CSP Reseller will be responsible for reselling and provisioning cloud service offerings (CSOs) from multiple CSPs, managing billing, and onboarding new CSPs. The CSMS provider will procure and manage software tools to support the USAF's Cloud One (C1) environment and application migration efforts. The performance requirements include reselling and provisioning CSOs, managing billing, procuring software tools, managing software licenses, and providing surge support as needed. The period of performance is one year with four one-year options. The work will primarily be performed at the Contractor's designated facilities.

Notable aspects of this opportunity include the focus on cloud adoption and cybersecurity, as well as the requirement for the Contractor to maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the security of the services provided. The Contractor will also need to comply with data storage requirements within the United States.
