DOD - Cloud Enablement Division - MRAS

The Cloud Enablement Division (CED) of the Army Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) is seeking customer support services for the Army's cloud modernization efforts. The scope of the contract includes providing outreach and engagement services, maintaining and optimizing the Cloud Modernization Approval Process (CMAP), and assisting customers through the onboarding process. The contractor will also be responsible for process engineering, change management, knowledge management, and ServiceNow development. Additionally, there is an optional task for application and datacenter discovery to migrate applications out of closing Army data centers and into the cloud.

The performance requirements include implementing dynamic reports/dashboards, maintaining government-provided systems, and creating documentation for specified networked folders. The CMAP process includes capability assessments, advisory review boards, process optimization, and publications such as the CMAP Playbook and Digital ESSP Playbook. The contractor will also be responsible for organizational change management through ServiceNow Knowledge Management (SKM) and ECMA University.

The Army Cloud Digital Service Desk is another component of the contract, which involves providing professional and helpful interactions with customers and managing Army Cloud Requests for Information (RFI). The contractor will also manage frequently asked questions knowledge bases.

The period of performance for this contract is from 18 May 2023 onwards. The place of performance will be determined based on the specific tasks assigned under the contract.
