The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking a Managed Services Provider (MSP) to operate and enhance the USAF Cloud One (C1) environment and enterprise common shared services. The objective is to provide standardized, secure, trusted, agile, and resilient cloud services for general-purpose Mission Owner use at Department of Defense (DoD) Information Impact Levels (IL) 2, 4, 5, and 6. The MSP will be responsible for deploying and maintaining common shared services in various Cloud Service Provider (CSP) environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The MSP will also provide customer support, training, and financial operations management.

The period of performance for the contract will be one year with four one-year options. The work will primarily be performed at the Contractor's designated facilities, with program management liaisons working at Hanscom AFB, MA as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative(s) (CORs). Data storage must be maintained within the legal jurisdiction of the United States.

The Contractor will be responsible for operating and continually enhancing the C1 environment and common shared services. This includes annual assessments of the environment, software market research, software approval package and accreditation, software tool integration, software maintenance, business relationship management and customer onboarding support, customer support help desk services, service level agreement management, deployment of common shared services in additional CSP environments, deployment of C1 capabilities to support the tactical edge, C1 architecture and common services training, provision of Digital Platform as a Service (DPaaS), and cloud financial operations management.
