Background
NAVSUP FLC San Diego, in support of the DOD CIO, is issuing this solicitation under full and open competition for a follow-on MAC IDIQ for mobility and telecommunication services, (all wireless technologies and related operations including related software, hardware, firmware and equipment), to Military Members and Federal Civilians. The period of performance for the follow-on contracts shall include a one-year base period followed by nine one-year options. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 517112 “Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite).” Offerors are advised that they must be registered and active with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to receive award of Government contracts.

Work Details
The Department of the Navy (DON) is seeking a multi-agency solution to satisfy the repetitive needs for the enterprise-wide commercial wireless mobility requirements of the DON, Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal agencies. This solution will provide Wireless Mobility Telecommunication services and devices to Military Members and Federal Civilian Agencies within the 50 United States. This procurement anticipates a multiple award contractual ordering solution to provide end users a best value solution for their current and future dynamic wireless mobility requirements. The awarded Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract(s) will be for a base year plus nine (9) twelve-month option periods.
Services under this procurement cover usage in the 50 United States, US territories, and while traveling internationally for Military Members and Federal Civilians stationed within the 50 States and US territories.
