DoD - C-130 ERRP - MRAS

Purchase Agency: United States Air Force (USAF)
Reason for Purchase: The USAF is purchasing C-130 Engineering Requirements Review (ERR) support services to enhance sustainment and continuous improvement of scheduled C-130 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) operations. The ERR process aims to define, develop, and approve maintenance requirements to ensure that scheduled maintenance tasks are valid and supportable.
Work to be Acquired: The services required include ERR package development and analysis, maintenance data analysis, in-depth investigations of PDM processes, evaluation of C-130 technical data, and Failure Modes and Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
Timeframe of Acquisition: The contract/order period of performance will extend for 60 months, with one 12-month basic period and four 12-month options.
Place of Performance/Delivery: The services shall primarily be performed on-site at Robins Air Force Base (AFB) and off-site at the Contractor's facilities in the vicinity of Robins AFB. Occasional performance at other Government and Contractor facilities within the Continental United States (CONUS) may be required.
Notable Information: The Contractor will have access to Government systems such as AFIRM, MDST, GO81, REMIS, IMDS, PDMSS, A400, ROCIT, JEDMICS, CTOR, ETIMS, and more to collect necessary data for the ERR support services. The Contractor will also need to comply with security regulations and environmental management system requirements. Additionally, the Contractor will be responsible for submitting monthly status reports and providing a quality control plan.
