DOD - C-130 ERRP - MRAS

Reason for Purchase: The USAF is purchasing C-130 Engineering Requirements Review (ERR) support services to enhance sustainment and continuous improvement of scheduled C-130 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) operations. The ERR process aims to define, develop, and approve maintenance requirements that ensure scheduled maintenance tasks are valid and supportable.
Work to be Acquired: The services required include ERR package development and analysis, maintenance data analysis, maintenance supply data analysis, in-depth investigations of PDM processes, C-130 technical data evaluation, and Failure Modes and Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
Timeframe of Acquisition: The contract/order period of performance will extend for 60 months, with one 12-month basic period and four 12-month options.
Place of Performance/Delivery: The services shall primarily be performed on-site at Robins Air Force Base (AFB) and off-site at the Contractor's facilities in the vicinity of Robins AFB. Occasional performance at other Government and Contractor facilities within the Continental United States (CONUS) may be required.
Notable Information: The Contractor will have access to various Government data systems, including AFIRM, MDST, GO81, REMIS, IMDS, PDMSS, A400, ROCIT, MWR, JEDMICS, CTOR, ETIMS, 202 Database, 107 Database, G021, D043, COPA, MOMMAs, LIMS-EV, DOD EMALL, IHS Haystack Gold, FED LOG, WebFLIS, D035, G005M, FSS, CEMS, LDMS, MDAT, and MDM. The Contractor must also comply with security regulations and safety requirements.
