Purchase Agency: The Army
Reason for Purchase: The Army is planning to conduct a Predictive Logistics (PL) Rehearsal Of Concept (ROC) Drill in August 2023 to develop and refine tactical operational use of technologies that deliver decision dominance and provide capability ahead of need to generate and sustain combat power.
Work to be Acquired: The contractor is required to prepare a Rehearsal Of Concept Drill Plan that includes detailed scenarios, visualization Common Operating Picture (COP), organizational responsibilities, execution plan, timelines, and materiel equipment required at the same location. They are also responsible for preparing a report of all the findings following the execution of the ROC Drill Plan.
Timeframe of Acquisition: The ROC Drill is scheduled for August 2023, with a first full rehearsal on June 15, 2023 (at home station) and a second full rehearsal on July 15, 2023 (on location). The final report of the Rehearsal Of Concept Drill is expected to be delivered within 45 calendar days of completion.
Place of Performance/Delivery: The performance work will be conducted at Army controlled facilities and networks. Travel will be required for one rehearsal on-site and for the conduct of the ROC Drill, with a maximum of 14 work-days included.
Notable Information: Contractors and subcontractor employees will be required to complete various trainings related to security, threat awareness reporting program, access to government facilities, information assurance/anti-terrorism/operations security, OPSEC training, government information systems and information awareness requirements, and information assurance/information technology training and/or certification. No US Government furnished property or information is anticipated in performance of this task order.
