The Army is planning to conduct a Predictive Logistics (PL) Rehearsal Of Concept (ROC) Drill in August 2023. The purpose of this drill is to develop and refine tactical operational use of technologies that deliver decision dominance and provide capability ahead of need to generate and sustain combat power. The drill will involve the preparation of a ROC Drill Plan, which includes detailed scenarios, organizational responsibilities, execution plan, timelines, and materiel equipment required at the same location. The contractor will also be responsible for preparing a report of all the findings following the execution of the ROC Drill Plan.

The timeframe for this acquisition is 6 months for the base period. The final report of the Rehearsal Of Concept Drill is expected to be delivered within 45 calendar days of completion of the drill. The place of performance for this contract is not specified in the summary.
