The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) in support of the Air Force Materiel Command's Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N). The purpose of this acquisition is to augment the organic capabilities of AFLCMC/HN with advisory and assistance services. The work to be acquired includes program management, financial management, system cybersecurity, applications software development, network services, systems engineering, logistics management, and many other functional areas. The timeframe of the acquisition is not specified in the summary. The place of performance/delivery is primarily at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts, but there are also units located at various other Air Force bases and locations worldwide.

The AFLCMC/HN Directorate is organized into several divisions/branches/programs. Other divisions/branches/programs include the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (HNC), C3I and Infrastructure Division (HNI), Special Programs Division (HNJ), Quick Reaction Capabilities Branch (HNAA), Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN), Tactical Data Networks Laboratory (TDN Lab), Common Data Link (CDL), Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Data Networks Enterprise (TDNE), Tactical Data Link Planning, Monitoring and Analysis (TDL PAM), Air Force Joint Tactical Radio System (AF JTRS), Block Upgrade 2 (BU2), International Programs/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Branch, HNA Division Financial Management (FM) Branch, and Tactical Data Link/Initial Fielding Support (IFS)/Exercise and Operations Support Team.

Overall, this acquisition opportunity provides a wide range of support services to enhance the command, control, communications, intelligence, and networks capabilities of the Air Force. The work will be performed at various locations, primarily at Hanscom Air Force Base.
