The Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) in Gulfport, MS is seeking a contractor to provide 3-M Technician Instructional Maintenance and User Operational Support Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing skilled personnel, supervision, management, and resources necessary to fulfill the requirements of the contract. The services include serving as a 3-M Subject Matter Expert (SME), Help Desk Support Provider, and providing limited training instruction for Naval Mobile Construction Battalions and Naval Construction Group Two. The contract will have a 6-month base period and four 12-month option periods.

The place of performance for this contract is at the Naval Construction Group Two (NCG2) N6 Communications Facility Building in Gulfport, Mississippi. The contractor will be responsible for providing performance during normal duty hours between 0630-1600 Central Time, Monday through Friday. However, alternate work schedules may be authorized by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The contractor may also be required to provide after-hours support for emergent requirements that require immediate action.

In terms of security requirements, contractor personnel must have a Secret Clearance at the time of proposal submission and maintain it for the duration of the contract. They must also comply with all applicable DoD and installation security directives, regulations, and procedures. Additionally, personnel performing work under this contract will need to obtain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential or a Navy Commercial Access Control System (NCACS) card.
