Background
The United States Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District (USACE-SWT) is conducting a market research to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources for professional media scanning services. The purpose of this acquisition is to digitize and catalogue media with searchable keywords. The contract is not a solicitation announcement for quote, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The market research will be open for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days, ending on 15 April 2023.

Work Details
The requirement involves scanning services for approximately 130 one-cubic-foot boxes mostly filled with letter-sized paper documents, as well as videotapes, audio tapes, CDs, and photos of various sizes. The objective is to digitize and catalogue the media with searchable keywords. The documents would be scanned, and the new digital media returned along with the original documents in the original boxes in batches of a few boxes at a time until all boxes are complete. The offeror’s project manager would attend a pre-work conference after award but before performance begins.
