US Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) HOLLYHOCK Dock-Side Repairs FY25 in accordance with this solicitation, specification and with each issued Task Order under the resulting requirements contract. Scope of work shall include all ship maintenance, repair, and associated support work as required to repair CGC HOLLYHOCK, to be specified via task order. Ordering period of this contract will be from date of award through 18 September 2025. First task order's period of performance is from 4 August 2025 18 September 2025. Place of performance will be at the cutter's homeport Honolulu HI.

Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this solicitation for dock-side repairs to the USCGC HOLLYHOCK (WLB 214). The mission of the USCG is to ensure the safety, security, and stewardship of the nation's waters. This contract aims to provide necessary maintenance, repair, and associated support work for the cutter, which is vital for its operational readiness.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform dock-side repairs to the USCGC HOLLYHOCK as specified in this solicitation and each issued Task Order under the resulting requirements contract. The scope of work includes all ship maintenance, repair, and associated support work required to repair CGC HOLLYHOCK. Specific tasks will be detailed in individual task orders issued during the ordering period.

The contractor is responsible for all tools and equipment needed for each trade, as well as supplies necessary to accomplish the work items. The composite labor rate offered shall cover direct labor wages, employee benefits, indirect costs, and profit associated with production labor hours only. All materials must meet commercial quality standards or specific military specifications where applicable.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this contract will commence from the date of award through September 18, 2025. The first task order's period of performance is from August 4, 2025, to September 18, 2025.

Place of Performance
All work under this contract will be performed at the cutter's homeport in Honolulu, HI.
