Dobbins ARB Inactive Duty for Training (IDT) Lodging Services

The 94th Airlift Wing (94 AW) requires lodging services for military reservists in inactive duty training
(IDT) status when government-controlled quarters are not available in accordance with Air Force Manual
(AFMAN) 34-135. Lodging services will be provided for the 94 AW, its tenant organizations, 94th Aerial
Port Squadron located on Robins Air Force Base, and USTRANSCOM located on Norfolk Naval Air
Station.

Under this requirement, the contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, and
supervision necessary to supply, at a minimum, 15 rooms for one weekend per month located near
Marietta, GA in accordance with the Statement of Work, see Attachment 1. Additional lodging may be
required during that same weekend and/or any day within that month. Lodging services at Robins Air
Force Base and Norfolk Naval Air Station may vary month-to-month.

• A firm-fixed-priced, multiple-award, blanket purchase agreement (BPA) is contemplated.
• No third-party quotes will be accepted (e.g. Travel Agent, Agency or etc.).
