DRUMS. QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LISTED IN MIL-DTL-82886A TABLE VI SAFETY DATA SHEET (SDS) AND

CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE (COC) REQUIRED. CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA)

TO ADDRESS ALL ELEMENTS OF MIL-DTL-23443C.

COA TO INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME, NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER,

SPECIFICATION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER, MANUFACTURE DATE, EXPIRATION DATE, AND

STATEMENT OF NO CHANGE IN MATERIALS OR PROCESS. COA APPROVAL BY MCAAP

AO REQUIRED BEFORE CONTRACT AWARD. PACKAGING LABEL AT A MINIMUM WILL

INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME, NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER,

SPECIFICATION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER, MANUFACTURE DATE, AND EXPIRATION DATE.

This procurement will be solicited on a Full and Open/Unrestricted basis. It will be FOB Destination. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD.

Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 15 May 2023 with a closing date of approximately 10 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at http://sam.gov.
