The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with DNASTAR, 801 Regent Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53705; UNI#MM8CFNUNTBL7; pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)- Only One Responsible Source.

Background
The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) located in Research Triangle Park, NC, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with DNASTAR, located at 801 Regent Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53705. The purpose of the contract is to procure DNASTAR Support and Upgrade Subscription that includes one year of software updates, upgrades, and technical support for a base year and four optional year periods of performance.

Work Details
This purchase is for DNASTAR Support and Upgrade Subscription that includes one year of software updates, upgrades, and technical support for a base year and four optional year periods of performance.
The period of performance includes the base period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, and four optional periods from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2029.

Period of Performance
Base: April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025; Option 1: April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026; Option 2: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027; Option 3: April 1, 2027 – March 31, 2028; Option 4: April 1, 2028 – March 31, 2029
