Title: DMZ Separation Project - Cisco Hyperflex Data Platform Software

Description:

The National Institute of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM), intends to award a sole source purchase order for the Center of Technology (CIT) to Cisco Systems, for DMZ Separation Project - Cisco Hyperflex Data Platform Software. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210-Sofware Publishers. Cisco Systems is the only responsible source known to provide the services needed. It is NLM's intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source basis to Cisco Systems under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Contractor Objectives and Tasks:

The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire DMZ Separation Project - Cisco Hyperflex Data Platform Software for CIT Hosting.

Sole Source Justification

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, Cisco Systems is the only organization who can provide the services needed.

This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by NLM. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Damian Hurge, Contract Officer at hurgeda@mail.nih.gov by 12:00 PM EST on, September 16, 2022. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
