DM Exercise Live Role Player Support

Background
The 355th Wing requires personnel support services in the form of Live Role Players (LRPs) for a Formal Training Unit (FTU) qualification exercise. The contractor will provide specialized personnel to assist in maintaining fully capable Pararescue Jumpers (PJ), Combat Rescue Officers (CRO), Survival-Evasion-Resistance-Escape (SERE) Specialists, Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), and other AFSPECWAR specialists as directed.

The exercise will take place at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services required to successfully perform white cell and red cell support services. Specific tasks include:
- Providing four survivors for three combat search and rescue integrated vulnerability periods.
- Supplying a Red Czar Coordinator who will manage and coordinate with all LRPs during execution.
- Ensuring all LRPs are equipped with necessary protective gear and communication equipment.
- Providing a 30-man organized and uniformed force to act as opposition forces (OPFOR).
- Developing an employee roster detailing personnel qualifications and security clearances.
- Ensuring compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for training locations.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from February 2 to February 6, 2025, with specific tasks scheduled throughout this timeframe.

Place of Performance
Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah; Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; and the Utah Test and Training Range.
