DLIFLC DCSIT Tenable Annual License Support

Background
The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) has a continuing need for annual purchase license support for the Army-provided Tenable ACAS vulnerability solution. The goal of this contract is to reduce troubleshooting time, provide 24x7 technical support, and offer best practices for deploying and maintaining the products. This contract will be awarded by the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command located at Fort Eustis, VA.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Premier Tenable ACAS support (TECH-SUP-PREM) for a 5,240 host/client Tenable SC instance environment. This includes all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure effective technical support for the Army-based Tenable ACAS installation.

Period of Performance
The delivery date for this requirement is 5 June 2026.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place at locations associated with the Army-based Tenable ACAS installation.

Bidder Requirements
This requirement will be awarded as a 100% Small Business set-aside. Bidders must comply with all requirements and meet the necessary qualifications.

Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior Tenable ACAS Premier support awards for the same Army-based Tenable ACAS environment. Prior contracts include awards to Blue Tech (W52P1J20D0041-W91QF423F0175, $37,112) for Tenable ACAS support covering 1 Jun 2023–31 May 2024 and to Enterprise Technology Solutions (W52P1J20D0049-W91QF425F0054, $36,908) for Tenable ACAS support covering 1 Jun 2025–31 May 2026. The current requirement similarly calls for annual purchase license support and Premier Tenable ACAS technical support for an Army-provided Tenable ACAS installation, consistent with a continuation of the same licensing/support effort.
