Description

The Seattle District is soliciting a project to repair, renovate, and install equipment at seven warehouses (totaling approximately 39,000 sq ft) and admin facilities (totaling approximately 6,711 sq ft) located at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, in Tucson, Arizona. The general scope includes installing warehouse support equipment, replacing associated utility infrastructure, and revamping truck receiving/transportation flow. The construction performance period is 714 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Background
The Seattle District is soliciting a project to repair, renovate, and install equipment at seven warehouses (totaling approximately 39,000 sq ft) and administrative facilities (totaling approximately 6,711 sq ft) located at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona.

The goal of this contract is to enhance operational efficiency through the installation of warehouse support equipment, replacement of utility infrastructure, and improvement of truck receiving and transportation flow.

Work Details
The general scope of work includes:
- Facility renovation involving interior space demolition, structural enhancements, concrete foundations, and diamond polishing of concrete slabs.
- Vertical construction of environmentally controlled office space with all necessary technical crafts to ensure usability.
- Installation of standing-seam roofs and corrugated siding.
- Installation of storage racks.
- Site work that includes grading, security fencing, and paving.

The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.

The construction performance period is 714 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
