Background
The DLA Troop Support Subsistence Directorate intends to solicit for a full line food distributor who will act as a contractor responsible for the supply and delivery of semi-perishable and perishable items to military and federally funded customers in the Hawaiian Islands area of operations. The acquisition will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The total estimated dollar value including all pricing tiers is $130,000,000, with an estimated total maximum dollar amount of $260,000,000 including all pricing tiers and surge. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of semi-perishable and perishable items throughout the term of the contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying and delivering semi-perishable and perishable items to military and federally funded customers in the Hawaiian Islands area of operations. The contract will have a term of 60 months with three separate pricing tiers: the first tier for a 24-month period (inclusive of a 6-month ramp-up period followed by an 18-month performance period), the second tier for an 18-month performance period, and the third tier for another 18-month performance period.
A fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) with Economic Price Adjustment contract is anticipated, with a guaranteed minimum of 10%, or $13,000,000.00. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be July 2022.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of 60 months with three separate pricing tiers: the first tier for a 24-month period (inclusive of a 6-month ramp-up period followed by an 18-month performance period), the second tier for an 18-month performance period, and the third tier for another 18-month performance period.

Place of Performance
