DLA OT Pillar Equipment Life Cycle Management Cyber Security Industry Day -Electrical and Lighting Systems (Building) Industry Day Amendment 0006

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is a United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) agency providing worldwide logistics support to the missions of the Military Departments and the Combatant Commands. DLA is planning on issuing separate enterprise-wide solicitations in support of various Building Control Systems (BCS) and Utility Control Systems (UCS) requirements, including Electric Vehicle Support Equipment, Water Systems, Electrical & Lighting Systems (Building), HVAC + Building Automation Systems + Utility Metering Systems, Elevator Systems, and Electrical Distribution (Site). These contracts will likely be awarded as Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for regular/preventive maintenance and repair work. The new Enterprise approach to BCS/UCS integrates DoD-required cybersecurity measures into the planning, design, construction, renovation, and repair of new and existing systems. To assist industry in understanding and meeting compliance with the renewed Life Cycle Management Cyber Security requirement, DLA will be hosting a one-day OT Pillar Life Cycle Management Cyber Security Industry Day on Tuesday April 9, 2024.

Work Details
The contract will involve regular/preventive maintenance and repair work for various Building Control Systems (BCS) and Utility Control Systems (UCS) requirements at multiple DLA Host Locations including DLA Headquarters Complex, Fort Belvoir, VA; Defense Supply Center Columbus, OH; DLA Troop Support at Philadelphia, PA; Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA; and DLA Distribution Depot, San Joaquin, CA. The contracts will most likely be awarded as Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for known routine maintenance work as well as unknown Ad-Hoc work. The contract also includes a significant life cycle management cyber security component. The Industry Day will provide important information to all contractors interested in working with DoD/DLA in providing maintenance, Life Cycle management and cyber security services to DLA’s extensive OT assets throughout its 5 main locations and potentially other CONUS/OCONUS locations.
