Description

Pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), the action being approved is an exception to the fair opportunity process. This justification authorizes the exercise of an option to extend the period of performance of task order SP4709-21-F-0107 under the JETS contract vehicle for 60 days in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. DLA seeks to obtain continued resources to sustain engineering support services for the Agency's Information Operations Enterprise Enclave (IOEE) and Information Operations Secure Enterprise Enclave (IOSEE).
