Description

This is a combined synopsis/solictation for commerical products or commerical services prepared in accordnace with the format in FAR parts 12 and 13, as a supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Please see attached for details.

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Susquehanna, PA (DDSP) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services to procure lift tables. The goal of this contract is to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement for the delivery of hydraulic lift tables that meet specific operational requirements. This solicitation is part of a 100% SBA certified Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside requirement.

Work Details
The contract includes the following specifications for the lift tables:
- Quantity: 8 each
- Product: Hydraulic Lift Table
- Rated Capacity: 3000 lb., uniform load
- Low Height: 7 1/4"
- Vertical Travel: 36"
- Raised Height: 43 1/4"
- Base Frame Size: 24" wide x 48" long with lag plates and maintenance device
- Platform Size: 40" wide x 48" long, smooth steel plate
- Bellows Skirt: Vinyl coated nylon accordion style
- Primary Voltage: 115/1/60HZ
- Motor: 1.0 HP
- Control Panel: Integrated control enclosure mounted and wired
- Controls: UP/DOWN footswitch control with safety cover; includes a 10' long M12 cord set.
- Equivalent Model Required: Greater than or equal to Model LS3-36 Southworth Lift Table.
Delivery must be made within 30 days after receipt of order, and all equipment must be shipped on serviceable, winged pallets as per specified standards.
