Djibouti CLDJ/CADJ Vehicle Lease BPA   2

Background
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued by the United States Air Force to establish a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for leasing vehicles at Djibouti, Africa. The United States Air Force is seeking companies headquartered in Djibouti capable of leasing vehicles in accordance with the attached performance work statement.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide vehicle leasing for the United States Government (USG) on Camp Lemonnier (CLDJ) and Chabelley Airfield (CADJ), Republic of Djibouti. The contractor shall provide vehicles, including personnel, equipment, supplies, preventive maintenance, repairs, supervision, and other incidentals necessary to meet the terms and specifications of this requirement. The period of performance to place calls is from 1 October 2024 through 30 September 2029 unless the BPA Master Dollar Limit ($3,000,000) is reached prior to the performance end date.
The contractor shall provide safe, operable vehicles and services under this agreement. All vehicles shall be fully operational at all times and maintained by the Contractor via both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The vehicles must meet specific requirements detailed in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The BPA period of performance to place calls is from 1 October 2024 through 30 September 2029 unless the BPA Master Dollar Limit ($3,000,000) is reached prior to the performance end date.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed are Camp Lemonnier (CLDJ) and Chabelley Airfield (CADJ), Republic of Djibouti.
