Background
The contract is issued by the Army, specifically the Office of Strategic Management, with a focus on providing repair and calibration services for various models of test consoles. The goal of this contract is to ensure that critical equipment remains operational and meets performance standards through timely repairs and maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide off-site repair, calibration, and exchange services for various models of parts and circuit cards including Model 2650, Model 2500, Model 2635, Model 2115, and Model HT-128. All materials and parts required for these services must be provided by the contractor. Parts will be billed as actuals based on original paid invoices. Allowable incurred costs (including overhead costs) may also be billed under this contract line item number (CLIN). The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, parts, tools, services, and equipment necessary to perform repairs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Specific tasks include:
- Off-site Repair/Calibration/Exchange service for Model 2650 parts/circuit cards.
- Off-site Repair/Calibration/Exchange service for Model 2500 parts/circuit cards.
- Off-site Repair/Calibration/Exchange service for Model 2635 parts/circuit cards.
- Off-site Repair/Calibration/Exchange service for Model 2115 parts/circuit cards.
- Off-site Repair/Calibration/Exchange service for Model HT-128 parts/circuit cards.
- On-site troubleshooting and repair services as needed.

Period of Performance
The period of performance spans from June 24, 2025 to June 23, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Letterkenny Army Depot located in Chambersburg, PA.
