This requirement is being solicited per FAR subpart 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). The scope of this requirement includes all management, personnel, and supervision, in addition to materiel, tools, equipment, transportation, and any other items and services to meet the requirements. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract covering a five-year ordering period. This shall be a hybrid contract with Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost Reimbursement No Fee, and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee line items. The place of performance is Jacksonville, FL.

Background

Work Details
