The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this Request for Information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties have the resources, capabilities, and interest in supporting TSA's need for disposal services to properly remove and dispose of Class 1 Waste Materials located at the TSA warehousing facility in Coppell, TX prior to the release of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is anticipated to be 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. The Product Service Code (PSC) is anticipated to be M2AC Husbanding Services Removal Services.

Background
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is conducting market research to identify parties with the resources, capabilities, and interest in supporting TSA’s need for disposal services to properly remove and dispose of Class 1 Waste Materials located at the TSA warehousing facility in Coppell, TX.

Work Details
The Property Management Division (PMD), under Enterprise Support (ES) - Security and Administrative Services (SAS), requires disposal services to properly remove and dispose of Class 1 Waste Materials, specifically expired, non-usable, commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) disinfectant wipes. The contractor shall perform all necessary transport, scheduling, and disposal actions of the specified items in strict accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and ordinances.
The period of performance for this requirement shall commence no later than thirty (30) calendar days and be completed within 90 days of award.
