The AFTC/PZICA at Eglin Air Force Base has a requirement to Remove current single wall spill container and replace with a OPW EDGE Double Wall Spill Container or equal. Part number 1C-3112D, or equal with seal-able ring and cover.

A Site Visit will be held on Friday, 8 August 2025 at 1:00 PM CST at Eglin AFB Bldg. 101. (Meet Outside Bldg. 101). Base passes are to be requested NLT 7 August 2025 at 1:00 CST.

Background
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) at Eglin Air Force Base has a requirement for the replacement of current single wall spill containers with OPW EDGE Double Wall Spill Containers or equal. This project is critical to ensure compliance with state regulations regarding hydrostatic testing of fuel containment systems, which is essential for maintaining operational capabilities at the fueling station.

Work Details
The contractor is required to replace two dispenser sumps and one spill bucket. The specific items include:

The scope includes disconnecting electrical connections, draining fuel pipes, excavating to expose existing structures, installing new containment systems, conducting hydro-tests for tightness, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Detailed tasks include:
1. Dispenser Sump Replacement:
- Disconnect electrical connections and drain fuel pipes.
- Demolish existing dispenser pan and install new UDC sump.
- Hydro-test the UDC for tightness.
2. Spill Bucket Replacement:
- Remove existing fill bucket and install new OPW EDGE Double Wall Spill Container.
- Conduct hydro/vacuum tests on the new fill bucket.
