Disintegrator Repair Services

Background
The U.S. Army, specifically the 10th Mountain Division, G2, is seeking to contract maintenance and repair services for the SEM Disintegrator Model 23/4 located in Building 4486, Fort Drum, NY.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the disintegrator is restored to full operational capability through OEM-certified maintenance services performed by qualified technicians.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and OEM-certified technical services to perform one-time maintenance and repair on the SEM Disintegrator Model 23/4.
The work includes:
1. Installation of OEM V-belts supplied exclusively by Security Engineered Machinery (SEM).
2. Replacement of a complete set of OEM cutting knives, including removal and installation, with a provision for a set of knives for future maintenance as required by OEM standards.
3. Conducting a full OEM maintenance inspection to determine if the machine is in good working and safe condition and making recommendations for future required maintenance and repairs.
All work must be performed by SEM-certified or SEM-authorized technicians.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 13, 2026, to May 13, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Building 4486, Camp Swift Rd, Fort Drum, NY 13602.
