DISA's Forecast to Industry 2024   2

Background
DISA’s Forecast to Industry (F2I) is an annual event in response to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 5.404 – Release of long-range acquisition estimates, which states, “to assist industry planning and to locate additional sources of supply, it may be desirable to publicize estimates of unclassified long-range acquisition requirements.” F2I provides DISA’s acquisition forecast to industry partners to enable them to plan how they can support/partner with the agency. The event requires use of an industry venue, facilities, and audiovisual/electric support.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide facilities and segment space to support the F2I events, amenities, audiovisual and electrical/light support, hardwire connections, and wireless internet. The event shall be held on Monday, 28 October 2024, and requires use of an industry venue, facilities, and audiovisual/electrical support.
Specific tasks include providing conference/ballroom space with theater seating for 800 people and a capacity to hold 1,100 people; stage setup with banners, lighting, projectors; separate designated registration space; separate networking space; senior leader workspace; media roundtable space; separate rooms for DISA Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff and Public Affairs Operations Center; amenities such as complimentary parking for up to 550 vehicles and VIP parking spots; quick and easy “grab and go” lunch items for purchase by attendees and staff.
