DISA Service Platform (DSP) Support Requirement   2

The objective of this effort is to obtain Configuration Management, Requirements / Governance Management, Configuration, Integration and sustainment services for the DSP, which is a ServiceNow integrated service management platform. Additionally, DISA intends to optionally procure services to build, deliver and manage an Impact Level (IL) 6 Software as a Service (SaaS) environment for DISA to use as their classified secret ServiceNow environment leveraging such modules as Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Software Asset Management (SAM). In addition, DISA requires support for the multi-tenant environment that will host Defense Agencies and Field Activities (DAFA)s in accordance with the Deputy Secretary of Defense (DEPSECDEF) memo entitled Fourth Estate Network Optimization Execution Guidance . DISA requires support to maintain a fully configured Software as a Service capability, configured to DISA's mission and requirements, which include supporting the DAFAs and DoDNet with a modernized ticketing system. The configuration support must be aligned with the no code/low code approach. This solution is to be hosted at the Unclassified and Secret levels on Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet / NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet / SIPR) respectively.
