DISA JSP/J6 Software Asset Management Sources Sought

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for the Global Service Center (J6) Software Asset Management (SWAM) requirement. The DISA/J6 is seeking information from potential sources for software asset management services for over 250 different software manufacturers and software titles. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is a 12-month base period, with four (4), 12-month option periods.

Work Details
The purpose of this contract is to help the Government manage and software licenses from numerous software contracts along with limited small purchases of software maintenance and licenses to meet the Government’s requirement for continuous software technical support, renewals, and licensing with manufacturer access to government required fixes, patches, and updates. The contractor service requirements are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items.

The work includes tasks related to software asset management such as purchase approved software maintenance renewals, enrolling purchased software in the Software Asset Library and the Software ITAM System, processing work orders for software requests, and providing reports on purchases versus identified renewal requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be for a base of twelve (12) months from 9/1/2024 to 8/31/2025, with four option years: Option Year 1: 9/1/2024 - 8/31/2025, Option Year 2: 9/1/2025 - 8/31/2026, Option Year 3: 9/1/2026 - 8/31/2027, Option Year 4: 9/1/2027 - 8/31/2028.

Place of Performance
The Contractor shall be expected to support in locations in the National Capital Region (NCR), including but not limited to: (a) the Pentagon, Washington, D.C.; (b) Mark Center, Alexandria, VA; and (c) government leased spaces in and around Arlington, VA. Additional travel within CONUS may be required to support the requirements of this PWS.
