DISA J6 – Endpoint and Global Services Program Management & Administration Support Services   2

Background
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses and large businesses if required (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services. DISA J6 is seeking information from potential sources for various skill sets and Subject Matter Experts (SME) support for the complex classified and unclassified objective areas within the J6-Endpoint and Global Services (GSV) Directorate, which has several portfolios, programs, and projects at various stages of completion or execution. These portfolios, programs, and projects require skill sets and SMEs in multiple disciplines and at different levels of expertise. The SMEs will be required to work seamlessly across classified and unclassified domains, as well as seamlessly navigate between classified, acknowledged, and unacknowledged SAP, and unclassified information. They will be required to interact with officials at all levels of Government and shall be knowledgeable of and demonstrate the decorum to comply with proper protocol for the specific level of engagement.

Work Details
The DISA J6-Endpoint and Global Services (GSV) primarily provides communication services to external mission partners including other agencies within the DoD and other Federal Government agencies. These services include the installation and operation of communication programs and projects that are at various stages of execution, such as: telecommunications network installations, Secure Web Services (SWS), and other services related to information technology (IT) and telecommunications in support of Communications Security (COMSEC), Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), and Continuity of Operations (COOP)/Continuity of Government (COG). This requirement spans a wide range of activities for the Portfolios, Programs, and Projects within the GSV. This support requires detailed knowledge and expertise to strengthen the Portfolio's posture as it relates to the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) for Defense and National missions. DISA is the lead agency for implementing solutions for the DoDIN. To maintain command capability throughout peacetime and all levels of conflict, the United States (US) must develop robust communications pathways and perform ongoing analysis of threats from attacks. The GSV is responsible for the capabilities of the communications systems to respond to and recover from natural disasters.
