DISA FY26 Roof Repairs at Fort Meade, Maryland   3

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (USACE) requires construction and renovation services for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Headquarters Complex located on Fort Meade, Maryland.

The goal of this contract is to perform necessary roof repairs and maintenance across multiple buildings within the DISA complex, which encompasses over 1 million square feet across six individual buildings.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide services to inspect and repair the EPDM roof, reset loose lightning protection aerials, route and seal cracks in exposed concrete foundation walls greater than 1/16-inch wide, and repair or replace gutters at the DISA HQ complex.

Specific tasks include:
- Roof Inspection and Repair Pricing
- BAS LON Works Upgrade
- Repairs to various buildings including Operations Building, Command Building, Commons Building, Acquisition Building, Lab Building, and Warehouse Building. Each building has specific tasks such as replacing roofing membranes, resetting gutters, sealing cracks in foundation walls, and ensuring proper drainage. The contractor must follow Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) for all designs and construction.

Period of Performance
The total task order duration is 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
Fort Meade, Maryland.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be U.S. Citizens with a verifiable security clearance in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS). A Facility Security Clearance (FCL) is required along with a cage code. Contractors must submit a list of individuals for security verification prior to entry into the facility.

The opportunity is set aside for Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Contractors must also provide bid/payment/performance bonds as well as hold relevant contractor or trade licenses.
